Community Planning
Community Planning is about the future – how we can better manage change in our neighbourhoods and cities, to make them more complete and sustaining. Requiring both a specialized skillset and experience, Community Planning bridges disciplines and competing interests towards establishing an enduring shared vision – one that works with nature, lives lightly, and celebrates what’s local. From mixed-use urban centers to new neighbourhoods, our approach delivers innovative design solutions that create lasting value for our clients and communities.

Urban Design
Urban Design is about experience – creating places that are practical, beautiful, and meaningful in the community. We start with a comprehensive understanding of the lands and its context – identifying unique features and opportunities. Putting form to function, each design weaves together the experience of built form, public realm and landscape to create vibrant communities that endure.

Land Development
Land Development is about building places – aligning project economics with form and function. With an understanding of implementation costs and timelines, we leverage our experience of development forms, market trends and project financials to ensure success. Our expertise extends from development economics to municipal approvals, construction servicing to market offering – strategically guiding projects through the often-disjointed stages of development.

Resort Design
Resort Design is about memorable destinations – creating places that thoughtfully integrate the landscape with distinctive built forms that are in harmony with nature. We work to identify the natural elements and resort program that together compose and define the spirit of place. We approach resort design as a journey of exploration to discover the soul of each resort destination.

Public Engagement
Public Engagement is about dialogue – a process of active listening, sharing information, bridging understandings and exploring possibilities towards gaining public support. Whether through in-person workshops or online formats, we provide clear and concise information with expert facilitation, compelling graphics, and 3D-modelling, to build a shared understanding. Genuine communication is the heart of good consultation.

Project Marketing
Project Marketing is about a compelling story – one that captures the imagination, illustrates the vision and delivers results. We provide full-cycle creative services from acquisition to sales, rooted in our thorough understanding of the land and design. We develop marketing assets from project name and logo design, to graphic print and digital collateral, to renderings and campaign videos. From beginning to end, our approach ensures an authentic and streamlined story.
