The masterplan emphasizes housing diversity, offering a range of ground-oriented townhomes and low-rise apartments thoughtfully integrated with parks, trails, and civic spaces. A connected network of streets and pathways encourages walking and cycling, while generous green spaces create seamless connections to nature and nearby recreational amenities.
